Job Description:

Partner: TSG / ManTech

Location: Key West, Florida (onsite, full time)

Start Date: One week after acceptance

Clearance: Active Secret clearance required; must be eligible to obtain and maintain TS/SCI

Salary: $128,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Architect, configure, and maintain MECM (formerly SCCM) infrastructure, including Primary Sites, Management Points, and Distribution Points across distributed and bandwidth-constrained networks.
  • Lead enterprise patching for Microsoft operating systems and third-party applications; remediate vulnerabilities and support STIG/IAVM compliance.
  • Package, test, and deploy complex applications, updates, and custom PowerShell scripts to tens of thousands of endpoints.
  • Engineer and maintain baseline configurations, task sequences, boot images, and driver packages for zero-touch provisioning, bare-metal imaging, and in-place Windows upgrades.
  • Develop custom SQL queries, SSRS reports, and CMPivot queries for endpoint health, compliance, and deployment reporting.
  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex endpoint issues, create technical documentation and SOPs, and mentor junior administrators.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Nine or more years of relevant systems-administration experience.
  • Five years of position-specific MECM/SCCM experience.
  • Expertise in server hardware, VMware or Hyper-V, network infrastructure, and PowerShell or Bash scripting.
  • DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II certification within three months of starting work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar.
  • Experience supporting a DoD Combatant Command or component.
  • Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and hybrid device-management strategies.
  • Experience with vulnerability remediation and DISA STIG compliance.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain stationary more than 50% of the time and occasionally move about the office.
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with peers, senior personnel, management, and customers, including presentations.
  • Regular operation of computers and other office equipment.
